When you walked in the Living Well Center this week and your senses immediately picked up the rich and gourmet scents, it was from your fellow neighbors cooking this past weekend. Ramble residents had the unique opportunity to travel to a local farm, pick out produce and meats, and return to prep and cook food in the kitchen of the Living Well Center while guided by Tupelo Honey Cafe's Executive Chef, Brian Sonoskus. Joined by Appalachian Vinter's wine representative, the group enjoyed the classic fall dinner with several paired fine wines. It was an event the was enjoyed by all!
If you missed this part of the series, there are three more upcoming chances for you to participate. Please take a chance to speak with one of the resident participants from this past event and we know you'll want to sign up immediately!
